Project Management

XMA understands that in order to deliver a solution on time and to budget requires effective project management. XMA will assign a project manager to ensure that implementation is on time and to budget while minimising disruption and inconvenience to your organisation.
The project manager’s responsibility will be to scope the whole project, prepare a risk analysis and planning the implementation.

PC Roll-outs

XMA can also manage the implementation of project based PC rollouts managing the process from product selection through to end user handover. For large deployments XMA can also hold products for you in our bonded warehouse until such time as you are ready for deployment negating the risk of product obsolescence.

IT Resource

Implementing a new project with your existing IT resource may not be feasible given their existing workloads. XMA can provide additional technical resources to support your project implementation. Our implementation teams are scoped in terms of technical skill level so that you can be sure that the most appropriate resource is allocated to your project. All our IT resources are certified by Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix & HP.
