Practitioner courses
Professional qualification for IT Technicians.
The FITS Foundation Practitioner Accreditation develops a technician’s knowledge and understanding of the concept of ICT technical support in an educational establishment. The strategy adopted is a process driven approach aimed at ICT operations in all sizes of educational institutions under the broad categories of Reactive, Proactive, Change and Strategic. It will benefit individuals involved in ICT technical support in educational establishments and may include teaching assistants, technicians, management and supporting consultants.

Professional qualification for IT Technicians.
Please note: Delegates must have attained the Practitioner qualification before starting this course.
The Advanced Accreditation further develops the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the concept of ICT technical support at a more senior level in an educational establishment. It follows on from the Practitioner accreditation which is a compulsory precursor to the Advanced accreditation. The strategy adopted, like the Practitioner is a process driven approach aimed at ICT operations in all sizes of educational institutions and will benefit technicians, senior technicians, technical management and supporting consultants
