XMA is the only NGFL reseller to be awarded all three phases of the CfP project by Becta and over the three phases we supplied over 50,000 notebooks and desktops to LEAs throughout the country.

XMA provides an all-encompassing solution of products, services and support that offers peace of mind to authorities, schools and user’s like. Additionally, our offering ensures we manage the challenge of the Computers for Pupils initiative on behalf of the authorities and the schools.



Our offering includes:

  • Dedicated help desk staffed by technicians available 0800-2100 Monday to Friday, excluding school and bank holidays (core) and 0900-1800 during weekends, excluding school and bank holidays (off peak core)

  • Provision of service level KPI's on a quarterly basis covering; service reports, incident
  • Delivery of laptops to schools in a carry case ready to hand out - no packaging to recycle and easier for the pupil to take home
  • Great insurance deals that covers theft or accidental damage with no excess
  • XMA has a wealth of experience in managing the creation of images or adoption of customer generated images.
  • Customisation options available to enhance security, eg Lapjacks (high quality skins) and screen-printing.
  • Training DVD and manual for all pupils.
  • Recovery disk provided in the event of system crash or hard disk (HDD) replacement
