Implementation

Project Management

XMA understands that to deliver a solution on time and to budget, it requires effective project management. XMA will assign a highly experienced Prince2 qualified project manager, to ensure that your project is delivered on time and to budget, whilst minimising disruption to your day-to-day operations. The project manager’s responsibility will be to scope the whole project, prepare a risk analysis plan and deploy the implementation.

PC Roll-outs, Desktop and Managed Delivery Services

XMA can manage the implementation of project based PC roll-outs, managing the process from product selection through to end user handover. For large deployments XMA can also hold products pre-configured to your exacting specification in our bonded warehouse, until such time as you are ready for deployment, negating the risk of product obsolescence.

IT Resource

Implementing a new project with your existing IT resource may not be feasible, given their existing work load. XMA can provide additional technical resources to support your project. Our implementation teams are scoped in terms of technical skill level so that you can be sure that the most appropriate resource is allocated to your project. All of our IT resources are certified by Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and HP.

Infrastructure Pre-staging

XMA’s purpose-built proof of concept laboratory is available to customers for infrastructure building, testing and pre-staging. This ensures that solutions are available for customer familiarisation training prior to installation in a live environment.
